"11.14" accident:

Instead of placing the goods on the pallet, the operator places the goods directly on the manual forklift. In order to pull the forklift out from under the cargo, the operator takes a person push, a person to support, and the hand tilt of the goods to make room for the forklift, completely unaware of the risk of cargo dumping, and eventually cause an accident.

"11.16" accident:

The operator also did not place the goods on the pallet, in the bevel operation, the operator stood in front of the forklift, when the goods appeared to dump the tendency, did not take emergency avoidance but tried to use manpower to support, and eventually led to tragedy.

1. Purpose

2. Safety inspection before use

1. Check whether the hydraulic cylinder has leaks before use;

Third, the operation steps

2. After pulling the goods and pressing the goods off the ground, the control handle can be hit to the middle position, and the goods cannot be dragged, and the goods cannot be run when pulling, and they need to be slow;

3. After the pressure relief pulls the goods to the destination, the control handle is hit to the upper position, and the forklift truck is unloaded until the goods land;

Fourth, safety precautions

1. The manual hydraulic truck can only be operated by one person, and must be under the unified command of one person when operating by multiple people;

2. When loading the manual hydraulic truck, overloading, partial load and single fork operation are strictly prohibited, and the weight of the items carried must be within the allowable load range of the truck, please ensure that the fork length is greater than or equal to the length of the pallet;

3. It is forbidden for manual hydraulic trucks to be heavy-loaded and leave items standing for a long time;

4. It is strictly forbidden to drop the goods from a high place to the manual hydraulic truck;

5. The fork of the manual hydraulic truck must be completely placed under the shelf, and the goods must be forked up to keep the goods stable before they can be pulled;

6. It is strictly forbidden to load unstable or loosely packed goods, and if necessary, personnel support must be arranged;

7. The manual hydraulic truck puts the fork in the lowest possible position during the handling of high objects and low load to avoid the goods falling;

8. Do not place any part of the body near the mechanical lifting parts of the car, on the cargo carried and under the forks;

9. It is strictly forbidden to be too fast during operation (no more than 3 km / h, the normal walking speed of adults is 5 km / h), and slow down when turning;

10. It is strictly forbidden to operate the manual hydraulic truck on the inclined slope or steep slope, if the manual hydraulic truck is used on the slope, the operator shall not stand in front of the manual hydraulic forklift to avoid the inertia of the manual hydraulic truck causing the speed to be too fast and out of control;

11. Manual hydraulic trucks are strictly prohibited from carrying people or sliding freely on landslides;

12. It is strictly forbidden to work when the operator's line of sight is obstructed;

13. Do not use manual hydraulic trucks on muddy and uneven ground, manual hydraulic trucks must pay attention to the passage and environment when using, and must not hit others, equipment and other items;

14. When the manual hydraulic truck is not used, the fork must be lowered to the lowest position without load and stored in the specified place;

15. The manual hydraulic truck operator must be regularly maintained, and the department manager must regularly arrange maintenance or repair;

16. Damaged manual hydraulic trucks must be repaired or scrapped, and manual hydraulic trucks are prohibited from working with diseases.

Fifth, maintenance and overhaul

1. Bracket and fasteners: tighten the loose axle and nut and check whether the weld or support plate is damaged, the rod caster should be tightened or firmly riveted and ensure that the equipment installation bracket is not bent, and the lock nut or anti-loosening gasket should be used when installing the caster;

2. Lubrication: regularly add lubricating oil, and apply grease to the friction parts of the axle, sealing ring and roller bearing to reduce friction and make rotation more flexible;

3. Castors: Visually check the caster wear, check that the castors rotate normally, there is no debris entanglement or over-loosening or over-tightening of the castors, replace the broken castors to avoid unstable rotation, after checking and replacing the castors, you must ensure that the axle is tightened with a locking gasket and nut (because loose wheel axle will cause the wheel width to rub against the bracket and jam).
